Agent offices on the ground
We work through agent offices in Mumbai, Dubai, Jeddah and Kuwait. They deal with your suppliers locally, book the space and handle the export paperwork, so problems are sorted out at origin rather than when the goods reach the UK.
Full containers and part loads
Full containers go direct from the main Indian and Gulf ports. For smaller shipments we consolidate part loads so you only pay for the space you use.
Air freight
For samples, spare parts and urgent stock, we arrange air freight from the major airports in India and the Gulf into Heathrow and other UK airports.
What you need to give us
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Supplier contact details at origin
- HS codes for the goods, or we can classify them for you
- Your GB EORI number
Customs on arrival
Our Essex team handles the import declaration, works out the duty and VAT with you beforehand, and arranges delivery from the port.
