This notice explains how Westconn Logistics Limited ("we") uses personal information you send us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and information about your shipment.

Why we use it

We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange your shipment. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to quote or move your goods — for example our offices and agents overseas, shipping lines, hauliers and HM Revenue & Customs. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become shipments are deleted after two years. Shipment records are kept for as long as UK customs and tax law requires.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@westconnlogistics.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
